Our spacious clubhouse facilities include a recreation room, activity room, kitchen, laundry facilities and an inside mail room with individually keyed boxes. Our pool is adjacent to the clubhouse with full restrooms and showers available, and tennis is on the list of new activities! Dinners, dances, or just strolling around the grounds and morning coffees are a great way to meet everyone and have fun!
The interior roads of the park are paved, and choice, spacious lots are still available. We also have a park model sales office with models on display year round.
Twin Ponds has a great location with Several Golf Courses in and around Henderson County which includes: Broadmoor Golf Links, Crooked Creek Golf Course and Etowah Valley Country Club.

Also we are near historic downtown Hendersonville which is full of quaint little shops and restaurants, and Asheville (The Land of the Sky) is only thirty minutes away.
